- Ensure the objectives, scope, and domain of the product are fully understood by the entire Scrum Team.

- Find the most effective techniques for managing the product backlog.
- Helping the Scrum Team to understand the importance of clear and concise product backlog items.
- Understand and practice agility.
- Facilitating scrum events (a type of mandatory scrum meeting that is regularly held) when requested or required by the organization.

- Helping the Development Team to produce products with high business value.
- Guiding the Development Team to be self-managing and cross-functional.
- Removes obstacles that can hinder the Development Team’s work.
- Coaching Development Teams in organizations where Scrum is not yet fully practiced and understood.
- Facilitating scrum events as requested or needed.

- Leading and guiding the organization in using Scrum.
- Planning for Scrum implementation in the organization.
- Helping employees and stakeholders to understand and use Scrum and product development empirically.

Is There Any Certification For The Scrum Master?
To prove yourself legally credible as a Scrum Master, you can pursue CSP certification. What is CSP anyway?
CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) is a special certification for scrum masters. Yes, CSP is a leading certification that demonstrates that the recipient has extensive knowledge and experience of Scrum, both practical and theoretical.
To receive CSP certification, you are not required to take an exam like the previous 3 types of certification. Instead, you must successfully complete 3 preceding entry-level credentials: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified Scrum Developer (CSD). In total, participants who want to get CSP certification must have at least 70 Scrum education classes attended and 36 months of managing Scrum, all of which were submitted in the last 5 years.
