The Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy has confidence in TOMPS, a digital application owned by PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero), to create the Integrated Planning Application (PERSI) as a service in planning, evaluating, and reporting on each work plan implementation program that can be observed in an executive dashboard.


Later on, the PERSI application will be used to report statistics on the results of tracking how work plans are being implemented inside the Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy. The information regarding the actualization of the monitored results is used to monitor, assess, and control how the Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy’s work plan is being carried out in the year of implementation. Additionally, reporting on national action plans and other development objectives are supported by this program.


With this foundation, on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, Mrs. Dra. Ni Wayan Giri Adnyani, M.SC, CHE, Secretary of the Ministry, inaugurated the use of the PERSI application as a monitoring and evaluation tool for the Renja Kemenparekfraf / Parerekraf in Malang, East Java.


The future development of PERSI will focus on making it a versatile tool that can be used for planning, monitoring, regulating, assessing, reporting, and performance measurement. However, it will serve as a tool for monitoring the RENJA’s implementation, priority programs in 10 DPP/5DPSP, and the National Action Plan as a first step in 2022. (RAN).


In order to improve the accuracy of the ceiling and budget realization down to the sub-component level, this application can already be coupled with the EMonev program and the MonSakti application from the Ministry of Finance. Future versions of the PERSI program are anticipated to support Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf Accountability and further enhance the application to support more seamless performance achievements across organizational performance, national development performance, and personnel performance evaluation.


Tomps will contribute to enhancing monitoring performance in relation to programs, activities, components, and sub-components by creating a monitoring system that is GIS-based. Numerous monitoring activities, including priority programs in 10 Priority Destinations / 5 Super Priority Destinations and National Action Plans, can be carried out thanks to advanced capabilities like Monitoring & Control and Geographical Area.


Its application’s ability to work, particularly for reporting on Quarter III success for the Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy, is proof that this inauguration got extremely high enthusiasm from a variety of industries. It is envisaged that the launch of this integrated planning application would make it easier for the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to report on work implementation at any level.
