Capital expenditure planning, or CapEx, is one measure of how much a company is growing. When selecting issuers, it is critical to consider the amount of a company’s capex. CapEx can be a large-scale expense incurred by a company.
In this case, capital expenditure planning typically begins with evaluating past expenditures and continues until the final results are analyzed to produce an analysis that can be used for CapEx planning at the start of the year.
As part of an effort to guide FTTE CAPEX through Smart CAPEX. A three-day CapEx Smart Application Workshop for CapEx FTTE was held in Bali under this premise.
This workshop aims to provide all members of the Telkom SDA Regional Planning, Engineering, and Deployment team with Smart CapEx knowledge. Its primary goal is to make Smart CapEx control easier in CapEx FTTE.
Mr. Andika Pramudya, Chief Technology Officer of Tomps, presented the first material, which included an introduction to the Tomps application and the flow of using the Tomps application in this case regarding Capital Expenditure, as well as maintaining data security.
Ms. Shelly Ciptantiani, as User Support Tomps, presented the second material, “Smart CapEx Management,” which included the implementation of online-based project dashboards in Indonesia, which resulted in a significant change in report preparation. One of them is the role of the Tomps Application, which has evolved from a role in compiling projects in one dashboard to a role in monitoring all existing job lists, beginning with viewing job status based on icons and also the total budget for all work. In this case, the simulation, along with data input from the participants, makes use of excel data prepared by the participants.
The participants were very enthusiastic about the implementation of this training, as evidenced by the active interaction between the facilitator and all participants, both in the question and answer process and discussion of the problems encountered by participants while carrying out their work.
