Bank Indonesia (BI) is increasingly affirming its commitment to become a leading digital central bank with innovative steps it takes. In the fast-paced digital transformation era, BI plays a role as a leader in realizing its vision to become an adaptive, efficient, and responsive central bank to technological changes.

To achieve this, Bank Indonesia is constructing modern and digital working facilities, including the construction of the Money Management Center (Sentra Pengelolaan Uang - SPU), Main Cash Depot for the Eastern Region (Depo Kas Utama Wilayah Timur - DKUT), Data Center (DC), and Business Resumption Site (BRS) that are integrated. Tomps, as a collaborative digital management solution, will support the digital transformation undertaken by Bank Indonesia. By introducing Tomps Project to assist in the project, it will provide ease in managing collaborative project management systems, making the projects more effective and efficient.

The Money Management Center (SPU), Main Cash Depot for the Eastern Region (DKUT), Data Center-2 (DC-2), Business Resumption Site (BRS), and its surrounding area are collectively called the SINERGI Project: Synergizing Towards BI 4.0. The Tomps management system, as a tool to assist project management implementation, will monitor these four major projects. It will track project performance, budget, risks, and other detailed information based on planning estimates and actualization through the Tomps Project. Yodya Karya also supports this project as a Project Management Construction Management (PMCM) consultant in Bank Indonesia to enhance its performance.

According to Rihatmoko, Head of Building Division at Yodya Karya, the use of Tomps is a necessity, considering the complexity of ongoing projects. The utilization of a single-page dashboard for the SINERGI Project has proven to be more effective and efficient. "Because in this project, there are many projects being carried out simultaneously and in parallel. Therefore, what Tomps is currently developing is important and necessary for Yodya Karya in executing the projects," he said.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), as one of Indonesia's state-owned enterprises, is responsible for driving the digital ecosystem, especially in monitoring development projects. Telkom has taken concrete steps to accelerate this by launching the umbrella brand Leap-Telkom Digital through the introduction of Tomps. Currently, the Tomps platform plays a crucial role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of Yodya Karya and Bank Indonesia to become world-class companies.

In the digital era like today, management systems have become valuable assets that need to be safeguarded and organized. The organization of these systems has been initiated by the government to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen the technology ecosystem. The utilization of good management system governance is expected to be implemented in all domestic institutions as an effort to boost the digital management ecosystem in the country.

Arif Fajaruddin, CEO of Tomps, stated that the Tomps management system provides real-time evidence of planning information, assets, projects, and buildings, such as overall job monitoring, job categories, physical realization, and the latest job status constraints on the field.

"There are many benefits that can be utilized in the management system application for monitoring because the system indirectly has knowledge of the entire process, making it easier to control budgets, scheduling, planning, and communication, as everything is in one place," he explained.

Tomps plays a role as one of the implementers in digital transformation, emphasizing the importance of easy management through a collaborative management system for planning, projects, assets, and buildings.

In line with the vision of President Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'ruf Amin, one of the foundations of Indonesia's development is infrastructure, which means that project demand and opportunities will grow rapidly. We are already familiar with significant construction projects in the public sector, such as toll road construction, bridges, airports, railways, and others. However, it is important to remember that Indonesia's development speed must be accompanied by efficiency and effectiveness in project implementation. With this management system, you can access real-time, accurate, and transparent project progress, even if you are not at the project site. Since 2017, Tomps, as a developer of digital management systems, has been trusted to work on more than 40,000 projects across Indonesia.

Telkom Indonesia is committed to supporting the government's programs in advancing and prospering the nation. This commitment is also supported through various synergy and collaboration initiatives with the government, private sector, and society. Good teamwork and unity are key factors for Indonesia to become an extraordinary country. In the future, Telkom Indonesia will continue to strive to contribute and create various innovations that are expected to support the government's agenda in building Indonesia to be more competitive amid global competition.

Tomps' main focus is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of company management according to the plan and to control the progress of work, which can be done anytime and anywhere.
